Qualifications

• Two years of technical training and relevant experience in an industrial/packaging/production environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-on PLC and controls experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reassemble machines after repair or maintenance.
• Start machines and observe operation to assess efficiency.
• Inspect damaged parts and advise repair needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance following a predictive maintenance approach.
• Lubricate machines according to procedures.
• Record production, repair, and maintenance information.
