Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Identify and order replacement parts as needed.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing problems and keeping equipment operating at its best.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment
• Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• PLC experience, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron, preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience using multimeters, calipers, and hand/power tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work
