Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance on large industrial textile equipment and handle facility upkeep. You will assist the Maintenance Technician and Chief Engineer and report to the Chief Engineer.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, experience with power and hand tools, a valid driver's license, and good English communication. It is a non-exempt, full-time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Demonstrate adequate mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient use of power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on large industrial textile processing equipment.
• Assist Maintenance Technician/Chief Engineer as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical issues.
• Support maintenance improvements and reduce equipment downtime.
