Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform regular preventative maintenance on large textile processing equipment and to assist the Chief Engineer as needed. The role ensures safety, efficiency, and reliability of plant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, minor electrical troubleshooting, and supporting parts transport while complying with all applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate adequate mechanical aptitude.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be a team player with enthusiasm and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance duties including monitoring oil levels and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in problem resolution to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety rules and procedures.
• Work cooperatively with plant personnel and other departments to ensure efficiency.
• Drive and pick up parts as needed and support other branch personnel.
