Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mid-to-expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance in a factory setting. You will identify parts, sources, operate machining tools, and contribute to CI efforts while keeping CMMS history up to date.

Applicants should have a technical associate degree or equivalent experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 5 years in industry.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and source parts and repair items.
• Setup and operate machining tools; may perform welding.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Support CI activities and record CMMS history.
• Troubleshoot control systems and use predictive maintenance data.
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in training.
• Complete training and keep safety policies.
