Job summary

Advanced Technology Services seeks a Maintenance Technician in the Napa Valley region to perform mid to expert level maintenance, including electrical and mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and parts sourcing. The role requires a technical background with ability to use shop tools and possibly travel.

The position emphasizes safety, 5S standards, and participation in CI activities, with relocation assistance available and a pay range reflected in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with a technical focus and 3 years related experience; or 5 years related experience or ATS progression.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items; source as needed.
• Operate machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding tasks.
• Update CMMS records and review history; drive CI activities.
• Troubleshoot control systems and analyze software/hardware issues.
