Job summary

ATS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a factory setting in the United States. You will identify root causes, source parts, and perform repairs and tests on electrical and mechanical systems.

The role requires an associates degree with technical focus or 3–5 years of related experience, basic to specialized tools, and occasional travel. CI activities and CMMS history updates are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with technical focus and 3 years experience, or 5 years experience in industry or ATS progression.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic and specialized tools.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as needed.
• Set up and operate machining tools and welding as required.
• Follow 5S, housekeeping and CI activities; update CMMS records.
• Troubleshoot control systems and use predictive maintenance data.
