Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance, preventative tasks, repairs, and installations supporting poultry production. You will help minimize downtime and maintain a safe, clean environment with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

This on-site, second-shift role requires the ability to work independently, respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, and operate in varying plant conditions while using a range of hand tools and

Qualifications

• Proven industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
• Strong safety practices.
• Mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
• Able to work in poultry processing environment.
• English reading/writing skills required.
• Ability to respond to emergency call-ins within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to support production operations.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery throughout the processing plant.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repairs and inspections.
• Inspect parts for wear and defects and replace as needed.
• Lubricate and adjust components; ensure cleanliness of work areas.
• Respond to emergencies and support downtime reduction.
