Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for its poultry processing operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, inspect equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime in a fast-paced plant.

Work is on-site in a poultry production environment; OSHA compliance, lockout/tagout practice, and safety are essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Industrial, manufacturing, or plant electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals and electrical diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Submit maintenance paperwork and work records.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Use a range of hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
• Provide required hand tools and access to equipment.
