Job summary

Farmer Focus in Acorn, VA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support safe, reliable poultry processing operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, follow OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures, and document work performed.

This full-time on-site role requires reading schematics and manuals, performing preventive maintenance, and using a variety of hand tools and electrical testing devices to keep equipment running and production

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a plant or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals and electrical diagrams to service equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Submit work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Work safely following OSHA and lockout/tagout guidelines.
