Acloché LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a direct-hire role in the Greater Green Bay area. The position covers electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting of AC/DC drives and PLCs, and reading electrical schematics and blueprints to keep automated production lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial machinery breakdown experience.
• Drive & PLC literacy: practical, hands-on fault repair in AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Proven work history: max 2 employers over the last 5 years.
• 12-hour shift alignment: readiness for a rotating schedule with weekend coverage.
• Local commute within 45-minute radius of Green Bay, WI; US citizenship or green card required.
• Occasional regional travel for training (~2 days every other month).

Responsabilités

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and fault within PLC systems.
• Trace electrical faults using schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training.
• Support regional strategic goals and training initiatives.
