MAC Incorporated in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Technician II to support a large manufacturing operation. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machinery, conveyors, washers, motors, and automated equipment.

Candidates with 3–5+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC experience, and GMP or food/beverage manufacturing backgrounds are preferred. Overtime and 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule with Mon-Fri shifts.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of PLC and advanced industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining high-volume conveyors and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial motors, electrical controls, and PLC‑controlled machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial washers, water systems, and related equipment.
• Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Education or certification in industrial electronics, welding, or industrial wash systems required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related equipment failures.
• Maintain conveyors, industrial washers, motors, and water systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, and automated machinery.
• Inspect and maintain heating and boiler equipment.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and maintenance projects.
• Perform general facility maintenance involving doors, forklifts, and building equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain spare parts, tools, and repair inventories.
• Assist with training and supporting less-experienced maintenance technicians.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
