MAC Incorporated in Mesquite, TX is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician II with strong PLC, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The role focuses on maintaining high-volume conveyors, automated equipment, and water systems within a GMP-like manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of plant maintenance, PLC experience, and a stable work history. Weekend overtime and shift hours are common, with a firm pay range and be ready for hands-on

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of PLC and advanced industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining high-volume conveyors and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial motors, electrical controls, and PLC-controlled machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial washers, water systems, and related equipment.
• Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Education or certification in industrial electronics, welding, or industrial wash systems required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Stable employment history required.
• Must be comfortable working overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related equipment failures.
• Maintain conveyors, industrial washers, motors, and water systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, and automated machinery.
• Inspect and maintain heating and boiler equipment.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and maintenance projects.
• Perform general facility maintenance involving doors, forklifts, and building equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain spare parts, tools, and repair inventories.
• Assist with training and supporting less-experienced maintenance technicians.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
