MAC Incorporated in McDonough, GA is seeking a Weekend Industrial Maintenance Technician II with 3–5+ years in industrial manufacturing. You will troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems, maintain high-volume conveyors, industrial washers, motors, and water systems, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.

This role requires weekend work with overtime and GMP-like awareness.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of PLC and advanced industrial electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining high-volume conveyors and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, electrical controls, and industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial washers, water systems, and related equipment.
• Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Education or certification in industrial electronics, welding, or industrial wash systems required.
• Ability to read technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and equipment documentation.
• Stable employment history required.
• Must be comfortable working weekends and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related equipment failures.
• Maintain conveyors, industrial washers, motors, and water systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, and automated machinery.
• Inspect and maintain heating and boiler equipment.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and maintenance projects.
• Perform general facility maintenance on doors, forklifts, and building equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements.
• Maintain spare parts, tools, and repair inventories.
• Assist with training and supporting less-experienced maintenance technicians.
• Follow all OSHA safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
