Job summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is based in New Albany, IN and is onsite. You will handle upgrades and electrical repairs for plant machinery, including PLC work, AC drives, control wiring, and troubleshooting, with a Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-7am shift.

You’ll maintain equipment reliability, support preventive maintenance, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity goals in a fast‑paced food/beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship program, technical school or Associates Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
• Strong orientation to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime through electrical controls, troubleshooting, testing, and automation solutions.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with electrical, mechanical, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity, and customer service while supporting key performance indicators.
