Electrical Automation Services in Kent, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at a modern food manufacturing plant. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and keep accurate maintenance records.

This on-site role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience and the ability to read schematics; PLC troubleshooting is required, with PLC programming a plus. Night shift premium applies on 12-hour shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and controls.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting experience; PLC programming a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and diagnose faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
