Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or an associate degree is preferred.
• Three+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required; PLC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and read ladder logic to identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
