Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex manufacturing equipment ensuring reliable production. You will collaborate with production teams and follow safety practices to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, PLC/electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits start day one with comprehensive programs and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements, mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
Basic reading of electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Performs equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment with production teams.
Maintains parts inventory and researches needed components.
Follows safety practices including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
Assists in setting up new lines and training on site.
Supports daily production line needs.
