Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems on our manufacturing equipment.
You will perform setup, adjustments, and preventive maintenance, and you may train other technicians. The role requires reading blueprints, safety compliance, and readiness for standby/overtime.

Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent in related field.
- 3–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
- Ability to work standby shifts and overtime as needed.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and CMMS systems.
- Willing to travel/out-of-state for training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform detailed equipment setup, recipe changes and control adjustments.
- Repair components and maintain machinery to optimal condition.
- Diagnose electrical control circuits and sensors.
- Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and drive systems.
- Enter completed work into the CMMS and report parts usage.
- Train technicians on complex tasks and safety procedures.
