Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift role in Illinois. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced plant machinery to keep production running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and technical documentation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose motors, VFDs, controls, and power systems (120–480 VAC).
• Maintain pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and steam equipment.
• Lead equipment upgrades and collaborate with operations on safety initiatives.
