Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints/technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect motors and rotating equipment; read schematics and manuals.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS; assist with installations and upgrades.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
• Follow OSHA, food safety, and plant safety procedures.
