• Experience maintaining complex production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Familiarity with reading diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment on shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Repair machines per diagrams and manufacturer specs (die cutters, presses, conveyors).
• Fabricate or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools.
• Assist with building repairs and other assigned duties.
• Share knowledge and train other employees as needed.
