Qualifications

• General high school degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing, food preferred.
• 2+ years electrical or programming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems required.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and precision measuring.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors for scheduled service and downtime.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals for troubleshooting.
• Maintain PM records in CMMS and track spare parts needs.
• Ensure facility safety and GMP compliance across operations.
• Train operators to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
