Publix Super Markets in Jacksonville is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance professional to lead productivity of internal and external labor in absence of managers. You will support safety plans, develop associates, and configure operations in SAP.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in industrial maintenance, and strong troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading and guiding productivity of labor in the absence of the Maintenance Manager/Assistant Maintenance Manager or as assigned.
• Assisting managers in the execution of the Safety Plan and facilitating safety related activities.
• Assisting managers in the development of associates.
• Configuring new operations, equipment, or processes in SAP.
• Repairing and maintaining facility equipment.
