Commercial Metals Company seeks an experienced maintenance professional to support the upkeep of manufacturing equipment and systems at our Jacksonville facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment, while ensuring safety standards and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates bring AC/DC troubleshooting experience, familiarity with SAP maintenance modules, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AC/DC troubleshooting experience required.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance proficiency.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Able to communicate effectively with appropriate departments/individuals.
• Work safely following safety rules and using PPE.
• Assist ARP Planners with scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities.
• Participates in CMC Safety Programs and upholds Safety Culture.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on shop machinery and equipment.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance and production personnel.
