Job summary

Responsibilities include SAP usage, PM verification, employee reviews, and coaching technicians, with a preferred engineering degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience with knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control and equipment repair/installation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift by scheduling and managing hourly staff and executing preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with the previous and next shifts for smooth handoffs and shift readiness.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift.
• Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
• Lead small maintenance projects and verify PM work with technicians.
• Conduct employee reviews, train and coach technicians and apprentices, ensure safety and compliance.
