Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to lead a team of tradesmen, optimize preventive maintenance, and coordinate with OEMs to ensure peak equipment uptime and safety. The role operates in a represented labor environment with TPM-driven goals.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, technical proficiency across building systems, and strong communication with cross-functional teams, under the JLL/UAW framework. Pontiac, MI location with 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a represented environment
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, motors/pumps, piping, electrical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen within the UAW framework
• Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and service providers
• Oversee work order management (Corrigo/Maximo) and prioritize preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical control systems on lab equipment
• Deliver rapid incident reporting and coordinate shutdown planning
• Support TPM/Global Manufacturing Systems; drive continuous improvement
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure zero recordable injuries
