Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in technical facilities maintenance.
• Plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair expertise.
• Strong mechanical aptitude across HVAC and building systems.
• Ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
• Independent worker, on-call 24/7 for emergencies, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot critical equipment like boilers, pumps, and fans.
• Monitor operations by reviewing logs and inspecting systems to preempt issues.
• Open and close work orders; ensure safety and code compliance.
• Communicate with requestors to clarify needs and deliver service.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following policies.
