Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of tradesmen in an industrial facility in Michigan. You will optimize preventive maintenance, coordinate with OEMs, and drive TPM improvements while ensuring safety and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise, and proficiency with CMMS systems like Corrigo and Maximo. This on-site position supports 2nd shift operations across Pontiac and surrounding sites.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a represented worker environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, motor & pump, piping, electrical, and building repair.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen.
• Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and service providers.
• Oversee work order management in Corrigo and Maximo.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Support safety initiatives and TPM metrics.
