Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead - Nights to coordinate plant maintenance activities, mentor a repair-focused team, and ensure safe, efficient operation of mechanical equipment.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safeguarding assets across the facility. The position demands five years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication.

Qualifications

• High School or General Education Degree (GED).
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing maintenance field, including mechanical, electrical, millwright, equipment installation, welding, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance managers in coordinating projects and priorities for the mechanics/electricians.
• Provide input on preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Maintain records (work orders, SOPs, LOTO, confined spaces) and equipment to reduce delays and costs.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure safety and high performance.
• Respond to repairs and parts requests to keep machinery running at peak uptime.
