Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of maintenance experience in heavy-industrial environments or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience leading industrial maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, rotating machinery, electrical systems, instrumentation, and plant equipment.
• Experience applying safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
• Experience with maintenance-management and plant systems (ALM, MMM, Experion, PeopleSoft).
• Strong understanding of work management, maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability, and QA.
• Experience planning and leading major scheduled and unscheduled maintenance outages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a safety leader, ensuring maintenance work complies with policies and applicable regulations.
• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities while improving processes and reliability-centered programs.
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
• Manage the work-order process: planning, scheduling, backlog monitoring, execution, closeout, quality assurance.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment including boilers and turbines.
• Collaborate with Procurement on contractor management and sourcing.
