Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years experience in heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Must possess or be able to quickly obtain MA 1C/2C Hoisting License.
• Must be flexible to work on call, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to prevent equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with relevant teams.
• Prioritize work to minimize downtime and complete required paperwork in maintenance system.
• Open and close work orders and manage parts per the maintenance documentation program.
• Repair and maintain industrial machinery, including inspection, assembly, and replacement as needed.
• Monitor machine operation to diagnose malfunctions using mechanical methods.
• Review maintenance reports to plan and adjust activities.
• Inspect equipment for compliance with safety and performance standards.
