Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Inc is seeking a seasoned engineer to oversee daily plant operations in a full-time, on-site role. You will monitor boilers and turbines, manage ISO-NE power bids, optimize natural gas usage, and support DCS/SCADA systems while ensuring NERC compliance and environmental testing.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with 5+ years in an industrial setting, preferably in power generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent higher-level Stationary Engineer qualifications.
• Minimum five years in an industrial plant, preferably power generation or Thermomechanical Treatment.
• MBA, PMP, or PE preferred.
