Job summary

Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment across plant, facilities, utilities and powerhouse systems to keep production lines running at maximum efficiency.

Provides leadership for maintenance programs, KPI tracking and documentation. Oversees scheduling with Production, trains staff, and ensures safe, compliant operations in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading training or mentoring, or managing a process or project.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment across plant, facilities, and utilities to maximize efficiency.
• Develops and maintains maintenance systems, processes, and documentation (PM/PPM, TPM, SOPs, safety).
• Schedules maintenance work with Production to minimize downtime and coordinate repairs.
• Performs KPI tracking for maintenance performance (equipment reliability, OEE, contractor performance).
• Furnishes long-term and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and problem analysis.
