Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our facilities. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment; managing and scheduling maintenance work; developing and implementing safety procedures; budgeting for parts and labor; and training maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance activities at Cintas facilities.
• Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance and budgets.
• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
