Job summary

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work while supervising hourly union Millwrights to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and minimum downtime of plant operations.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, parts planning, cost forecasting, and coordination of outages. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, CMMS familiarity, and a strong commitment to environmental and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical diploma preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Five years' experience with heavy industrial equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and delegation abilities.
• Experience working in a bargaining unit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety in all areas; ensure compliance with regulations and conduct training.
• Plan, schedule and execute daily maintenance; manage parts and time sheets.
• Provide maintenance support to Millwrights for maximum efficiency.
• Motivate and lead the workforce; conduct performance evaluations.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment; assist in major outages planning.
• Develop monthly equipment status reports; manage budget forecasting.
• Enforce collective bargaining agreement and company policies; weekend call duties.
