Flowers Foods, Inc. in New Orleans, LA, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee PMs, and drive safety and quality standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will partner with plant leaders, review parts, use SAP for work orders, and mentor technicians and apprentices while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of proven supervisory leadership in industrial settings.
• Experience with industrial electrical wiring and PLC troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motor control and equipment repair.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the floor on shift, scheduling hourly staff and managing PMs.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate prep requirements.
• Review parts requests and track parts checked out during shifts.
• Use SAP to review work orders, PMs, and breakdown notifications.
• Lead and conduct employee reviews, coaching, and training.
• Perform PM verification and ensure safety and compliance.
• Possess or obtain licenses for boilers, refrigeration, and related equipment.
