Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the New Orleans plant. You will lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with plant leaders to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires hands-on supervision, familiarity with boilers and refrigeration equipment, SAP usage for work orders, and a track record of developing technicians. Salary ranges from 62k to 72k, with full benefits.

Formación

• Leadership experience with supervision of hourly maintenance staff.
• Engineering degree or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience with boilers, refrigeration components, and related equipment desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly maintenance staff and PMs.
• Communicate shift transitions and prep with prior/next shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift.
