Responsibilities

• Execute rapid response protocols to resolve equipment failures and keep production lines efficient.
• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance to extend machinery lifecycle and reduce outages.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in systems from 24VDC to 480V, including VFDs and panels.
• Restore functionality to mechanical drives with alignment and replacement of gears, bearings, and sprockets.
• Maintain hydraulic integrity by servicing cylinders, servo systems, and valves for safety.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and upgrade systems.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to execute maintenance projects.
