Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within PLC-controlled automation systems and ladder logic.
• Configure, install, and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and 480V 3-phase electrical infrastructure.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance on industrial hydraulic power units, pneumatic circuits, and proportional valve systems.
• Execute precision mechanical tasks, including pump alignment, gearbox repairs, and bearing replacements to extend equipment life.
• Drive operational efficiency by strictly adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and documenting all interventions in the CMMS.
• Champion a culture of safety by maintaining rigorous compliance with LOTO procedures and OSHA standards.

Qualifications
