• Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and automated components.
• Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to perform precision repairs and system installations.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards by identifying hazards and implementing proactive corrective actions.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately to support data-driven reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
• Mentor junior staff members, sharing technical knowledge to elevate the team's collective diagnostic capabilities.
• Operate support machinery such as forklifts and scissor lifts to facilitate safe and efficient maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Required Skills
