Job summary

Sonoco is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I-III on the 3rd shift in Neenah, WI. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems, troubleshoot PLCs, weld and fabricate as required, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

We value strong root cause analysis, safety adherence, 5S, and teamwork while working overtime when needed to support peak production and continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems preferred.
• Proven ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Mechatronics/industrial maintenance training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to maximize plant reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Use PLCs to diagnose faults and modify programs as needed.
• Execute preventive/predictive maintenance per SOPs.
• Document maintenance actions in the CMMS for asset history.
