Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in the skills laid out in the competency matrix for IMRT classifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and robotic systems.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Drive proactive maintenance to eliminate unplanned failures.
