Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of instruments, equipment, buildings and facilities. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, coordinate breakdown analyses, and manage maintenance staff and subcontractors to ensure continuous operations and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes budgeting, safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing or industrial setting in Oklahoma.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, buildings and facilities within set budgets and norms.
• Draft and manage the inspection and preventative maintenance plan to limit breakdowns.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses and manage smaller maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed.
• Oversee budget and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
