Responsibilities

• Address process and equipment issues and conduct preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Utilize machines and instruments for precision alignment, maintenance, welding, and repairs.
• Plan and execute operational maintenance, including lubrication, on machinery.
• Assist with developmental projects, manage data, and complete records/reports.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and repair de-energized equipment only.
• Complete motor replacements and wiring repairs as required.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to guide assembly and repair.
