Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required or preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities within budgetary norms.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans and CMMS/inventory processes.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with subcontractors; ensure safety and compliance.
