Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical theory.
• Ability to log information and use CMMS.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant production equipment.
• Complete mechanical repairs including shaft seals, motors, bearings, sprockets, conveyors, and alignments.
• Rebuild pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pumps.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
• Interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic prints and schematics.
• Maintain packaging equipment, vacuum pumps, box makers, and taper machines.
• Document work and PMs in the CMMS.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
