Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or similar mechanical/electrical role.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and established maintenance procedures.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
• Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
• Repair and replace mechanical components, bearings, belts, chains, motors, sensors, and other machine parts.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, control circuits, motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with equipment installations, machinery moves, upgrades, and modifications.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machining repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Work with production teams to identify recurring equipment problems and improve machine reliability.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and equipment breakdowns as needed.
