Qualifications

• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/manuals.
• Good communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Inventory management knowledge and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective, preventive, and project maintenance work orders.
• Identify labor, parts, tools and equipment needed for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure efficient utilization of maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components availability.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, history and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption of maintenance activities.
• Contribute to development of maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance, costs and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
