Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA or eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems: power distribution, control systems, PLCs, VSDs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Proven troubleshooting of complex electrical faults.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety principles and regulations.
• Hybrid work adaptability and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on motors, control panels, and power distribution.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
• Interpret electrical schematics and manuals to guide work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide electrical support.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
